How we created HESTER?

Most of us have heard of floor-cleaning robots, but our mission is to make the window-cleaning robot a usual household cleaning tool. Cleaning windows by hand is a complex and time-consuming task, so window robot solves this problem. We tested many different window robots and found that not all of them did a good job. Considering people’s needs, we decided to create our window-cleaning robot that adapts to our lifestyle. 

Research started in 2018

We’ve been specializing in home robots since 2018.

During all this time, we have gathered a lot of knowledge and experience in home robots. We traveled around the world to various exhibitions of home robot manufacturers and spoke with engineers from European and Asian countries. We’ve noticed that most robots don’t do their job well, clean unevenly, leave streaks, or are difficult to use. Therefore, we decided to create HESTER – a new window-cleaning robot brand. We are happy that now, HESTER robots are sold in more than 10 different countries!

How we came up with the HESTER name?

When developing the HESTER robot, we paid a lot of attention to every detail. The brand name was no exception.

We thought that we could choose a name during our daily meeting. However, discussions lasted for a couple of weeks. We wanted the name to reflect the advancement, latest technology, and reliability of the robot, but still, be easy to remember. After hundreds of name options, long discussions, and many cups of coffee, we finally found a name we all 100% agreed on. It is HESTER.

Window cleaning should be easy and, most importantly, efficient. Today we live in a world where every minute counts. We want to use our time as productively as possible. We hope that HESTER will settle in many happy homes and will make everyday cleaning easy. We have created a robot that efficiently cleans, works quickly, is comfortable, and is easy to use.
