Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for orders over €200.

  • Orders under €200 incur a shipping charge of €1.99 – €2.99.

For deliveries to remote or hard‑to‑reach areas, additional delivery charges may apply. These costs may not be visible at checkout and are calculated after the full delivery address is provided. Customers will be informed and asked to approve any additional charges before the order is dispatched.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch, unless affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Method & Tracking

All products are delivered via courier or parcel lockers. Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation e‑mail containing shipment tracking information.
