In the first step, use the yellow cleaning cloth dry (without spray). This removes loose dust, dirt, and surface particles.
Tip: Replace with a clean yellow cloth before moving to step 2.
In the second step, use a new yellow cloth and enable the spray function. This loosens stuck on grime and removes deeper dirt buildup.
Tip: Avoid cleaning in direct sunlight or on hot glass surfaces – the liquid may dry too quickly, making it harder to clean and leaving streaks behind.
Always use a fresh cloth for optimal performance.
For the final step, switch to the blue polishing cloth, made with a special texture that enhances shine. No spray is needed. This dry pass removes any remaining streaks or haze, leaving the glass perfectly clear and streak-free.

The window robot is a cleaning device that utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and automated movement. It firmly attaches to the window and moves according to the selected mode, allowing you to effectively clean various types of dirt such as dust, pollen, rain and fingerprint stains without leaving any streaks.

The HESTER M2-PRO window cleaning robot will effectively clean mirrors, glass surfaces, tiles, shower cabins, terrace glass, and other similar smooth surfaces. Edge sensors determine the cleaning trajectory, so the device is suitable for use on frameless surfaces.
The HESTER M3 window cleaning robot cleans windows faster than many other models on the market by evenly spraying liquid. The innovative spray system integrated into the robot evenly distributes the liquid in 0.1 ml with each spray with two metal nozzles. You will activate the spray with the remote control, after selecting the cleaning program and pressing AU (automatic spray).

Robot window cleaning is a completely safe process. The 80 W vacuum motor attaches and vacuums with a power of up to 2800 PA, which allows the robot to be firmly attached to the window. Also, the safety of the robot is ensured by a UPS battery and a special rope. The UPS battery is integrated into the device and acts as an additional source of energy in the event of a power failure. It keeps the robot on the glass for up to 25 minutes. A safety rope will save the device if the battery runs out or if the robot slips off the glass. It will keep it from falling to the ground and keep it in the air until you’re ready to bring the robot safely into your home.
It is possible, but it is important to pay attention to the outside temperature. It is not recommended to use the robot when it is raining, snowing or when the temperature drops below +5°C. In these weather conditions, it will be more difficult to achieve good cleaning results. When freezing, the robot may slide on the surface and not be able to complete the cleaning cycle properly.
The HESTER M3 robot has a 100ml tank. To use wet cleaning and to clean windows with a spray system, it is necessary to fill the container.
We recommend filling the reservoir with your favorite high-quality window cleaner, which will increase the cleaning efficiency. After filling the tank with water, cleaning results may vary. The set also includes a small bottle/funnel, which will help you fill the container more easily.
The robot is highly intelligent, which means that it can do almost all of the work on its own. All you need to do is put on the clothes, connect the robot to the power source, and attach the safety rope. Once the robot is ready to go, place it onto the surface you want to clean and press the power button. The robot’s powerful suction will hold it firmly in place. You can then use the remote control to select your preferred cleaning program. If the cleaning cloth becomes dirty during the process, or if you wish to polish the window, simply replace the old cloth with a new one and continue cleaning.
