Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
When exercising the right of withdrawal:

the product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as would be possible in a physical store;

the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Conditions for Accepting Returns
Returned goods must meet all of the following conditions:

the product is in original packaging;

the product is not damaged and shows no signs of use;
-
labels, protective films, serial numbers, warranty seals, and logos are intact;

the product is in the same condition as received (except in the case of manufacturing defects);
-
the return includes the buyer’s name, surname, order number, and a completed return form.
The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
The purchase contract cannot be cancelled if the product is damaged or its appearance has significantly changed due to improper use.
We do not accept returns to parcel machines or pickup points - only through the couriers.
Return Costs & Fees

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty & Defective Products
Customers reporting defective goods or warranty‑related issues may contact us for assistance. Products purchased directly from our online store are accepted for warranty inspection and, where necessary, repair or technical evaluation.
All warranty items are forwarded to the authorized warranty service center and assessed based on the reported issue.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1 – Contact customer support within 14 days of receiving the product at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx providing:

order number;

reason for return and product condition.
Step 2 – If the return request complies with this policy, customer support will provide return instructions and the designated return address.
Returns sent to addresses other than the one provided by customer support will not be accepted.
Step 3 – Securely repackage the product and include all required order details and documents provided.
Step 4 – Ship the return using a courier of your choice and provide us with the tracking number and unique return link.

Return shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Returns without tracking numbers may be refused.

Returns to parcel shops are not accepted.
Step 5 – After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once processed, refunds typically appear in the customer’s account within 3–5 business days. Any delays caused by banks or payment service providers are outside our control.
